We only collect what we need to sell you the Hub and support you. We never see what you put inside your Hub: your records stay in your browser on your own device and in the Hub file you save. We never see your card details. This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

Only the services we use to run the shop: Payhip (our shop), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Google (Gmail, for email) and Netlify (website hosting). They process data under their own privacy terms and safeguards, which may include processing outside the UK. We never sell your data.
Order records: 6 years, because HMRC requires us to keep business records. Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe. Support messages: up to 2 years.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop marketing to you. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Email fivefilingshelp@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to sort it out first.
